Veramente il ducetto rignanese ha gia' pensato di affidare d'autorita' il tecnopolio proprio ad un ente privato di finanziamento pubblico quale l'IIT contravvenendo a tutte le best practices della comunita' scientifica internazionale. Consiglio la lettura dei link su ROARS qualche post piu' sopra.

Concorrente in che senso ? da una parte si dovrebbe occupare di cose completamente diverse, dall'altra IIT dovrebbe avere un ruolo chiave nella sua governance. Oltre a costituire un secondo caso di un pericoloso eversivo precedente.
