Io in genere dormo su qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto ... ma per essere sicuro di dormire a lungo su un volo intercontinentale mi prendo una intera pastiglia di antistaminico (quello contro la cinetosi, pur non soffrendo di mal d'aria, ... ma di mal d'auto per cui ne basta 1/4 o 1/6).
